(At least 200 words): I believe that I should be chosen a T-Mod since I have been a supporter for the server since the opening of the original server and I care for the community I do not abuse power and treat people as equal people rather than favoring people who I like in game or in real life, I also believe I would make a good staff member as I have experience with commands so i wont need to be asking for help every 5 second (I may have to ask for help every now and again but hey everyone is human). I also believe that I should be made staff because I'm quite a friendly player but serious when I need to be, I also believe that everyone should be treated equally so I don't hold grudges against people if they killed me in game because they did what they are supposed to do where as if they went round mass rdming then maybe I would have something to say on the matter. Check logs for evidence or ask them if they have any evidence if there is not enough evidence then I can't take any action. Person A Is Mic Spamming, What do you do? Warn them and mute them for 5 mins, if they do it again then I will  wan them again mute and jail them for 10 mins and if they do it again kick and warn and if they do it again ban for a day or so. Person A Refuses To Listen to His Trainer, What do you do? Tell them to listen to the trainer and if they still refuse to warn them, and they still refuse kick and if they come back and do it again 1-day ban. Person A Is Disrespecting High Up Ranks And Staff, What do you do? Warn them, kick them, ban them. An Admin Is Abusing, What do you do? if I am a higher rank them by just a little contact an even higher staff rank and if I am a lot higher then they remove there perms and contact matt about it.
